ITS DOWN TO US LADS IN EVERY OFFICE IF WE DONT WANT THE DEAL

Cmon lads.We all know this deal is crap.I reckon the best way to get a NO vote through would be by EACH and EVERY one of us doing our bit in our own offices.That means explaining to the less senior workers, strike breakers and workers who cant be bothered to vote what the deal really means and try to get them to see the bigger picture.And ensuring they vote NO.

That means being moved to different offices, non achievable workloads EVERY day which will increase and other issues to lessen the morale even further.

Its obvious the CWU are not with us on this so WE the workers need to ensure a NO vote by doing our bit.

We cant rely on maybe getting a NO vote on the ballot.We HAVE to all work together to ensure a NO.ONLY then will RM and the CWU be forced back to the table, even if our own union dont want to.

I agree with you. You forget one important thing to add to your advice: The absolute arrogance of 'managers' in thinking this is already a done deal. Never underestimate the attitude of these jumped up office boys and the influence it can have on a NO vote. You couldn't pay to have that sort of publicity for a NO vote against this abominable sell out.

Of course they would. Same goes for car users and unofficial early starters. They've already agreed to flexibility and unpaid overtime.
