loads put in for it at our place!!! the only ones who got it were nightmen whos duties had gone.

After 27 years service i might take it in january . We have had loads of good staff take it in these last few years and they still want alot more to go.The real people to blame for this mess is this bloody labour govermant.

Same thing in our office got crushed in the rush few times its been offered. Just goes to show how low morale is. We have 200 in our office over fifty odd applied But only a few ever managed to get it.
