2nd wave lorry arrives with our 8 yorks,"left 2 yorks up at the Mail centre,couldn't get them on"???!!! Really?? What a micky mouse outfit,I bet heads will roll over that?mmmmmmm I doubt it very much,what you think?

If you bring 1 letter back they say it's willfull delay and you get bollocked they leave 2 yorks behind its ok this jobs going down the pan.

How heavy were the yorks that were on the van? If they had brought the other two then the lorry might have then been overweight

God knows,the so called 60/40 split has never happened,far to complex to be sorted out I guess?never sure who's in charge,the driver or manager at the Mail centre,as to what gets brought down,and so it goes on,

Only 8 York's, I'm guessing the vehicle being a 7.5 tonne would have made 2 drops yours being the second. Logistics at the Mail Center are responsible to ensure you get all your mails failures cost the MC not your office. If this is frequent then this way of working has failed and needs rectifying asp.
