Why so many doms , dims and linos?

Why do we need all these because after 10am there is no (*)mail or people to manage. While the 5 linos are here all they do is snigger at the amount of work we have to do, they can't seem to order any elastics, p739 cards, stickers etc, they fall behind with all their checks and paperwork, have countless breaks and drinks, * means the amount of mail that doesn't go out each day is staggering, yet they know when the auditors are due to get everything in order, the many ex phg's and rle stay in all morning they do a lot of their work, then theres the office manager who sits on the phone all day, all this wasted money and we have to lapse and work over every day for little overtime (if it gets to us at all) anyway, that's one reason why I voted YES to get a better and fairer workplace.

I'd make all managers part time. After 10am they are not needed why pay a full days wage for only half a days work????? f***ing beyond me!!!!!!!

And that's being generous because do they actually work at all? Or is bullying a profession now?

Sounds like the long term plan is to put all of the micro management issues onto us. Make us fight the fires ourselves.

Then they slash management. The skeleton crew that remains are now more centralised, dealing nearly entirely with computer work, fed by PDAs pumping every bit of data into its system for analysis.

Management becomes automated. And we are the fleshy bits at the end that are inconveniently required to, you know, actually do the work...
