Re: How long for stage warning
However long it takes I'm sure I'm right in saying that the decision is backdated so it doesn't matter really, within reason, it takes your Manager to take as this time is included. I do think though that 10 days is a little steep especially when they've already made up their minds even before the interview,; they just like to make you sweat.dunposting wrote:How long after you interview for stage sick warning does he have to give you the outcome?

Re: How long for stage warning
If you have waited 10 days put in a grievence against your manager. The grievence should be against (The way the proceedure was applied). Always a goodie in a first or second stage situation as there is no right to appeal at these stages and it pisses your manager off no end. Your local Rep should be able to advise you on this, if not let me know and I will be glad to help further.dunposting wrote:How long after you interview for stage sick warning does he have to give you the outcome?
