what is all this dispute resolution bollox that they going to try and tie us up with ? And how long will it take?
will this put the brakes on a xmas strike?

they are breaking agreements f**k their resolution its not legally binding

Utter desperation. The writing is now finally on the wall for them. They have failed the company and I am so glad that such a massive majority have stood up to them to say that enough is enough. Sick of them intent on destroying this company.

i think the cwu legal heads would have looked into every little bit of there jumped up agreement on these issues , 18 months of talks which inc acas being involved in some of this , and still no decent result , lets not worry about this stuff as we showed Moya and her board what we the WORKERS think of them and there way forward with there stupid ideas just to save money not to make the job better for us or the customers

and with a 89.1 % yes vote for I/a lets be proud of that and her and the rest of her cronies should resign and lets hit these where it hurts them the most in there pockets ,

Should get rid of all DOM's as the offices can run themselves and just have a link reporting to the area manager,

Can't think of a single occasion when we didn't cope just as well when there was no boss in the building. Has RM thought about that money-saving concept as a trial before they consider wallying about with multi bundling?
