What is the collective noun for a group of Managers flocking to take out what they can't get their blokes to take out: An incompetence ??

Are you saying you would have liked to have been offered some of that overtime Gummage? In my experience Managers would normally move heaven & earth to avoid having to go out pounding the streets.

I always thought any group of Managers was called a "Thicket"! :thumbup

That does not make any sense at all. Were the union involved in this? Was it some kind of industrial action. Odd,very odd.

its great when managers go against what there union unite are telling there members not to do , opgs work and deliverys , spineless f***ers . there saving royal mail money and stopping royal mail employing more staff or making contracts up for part time staff , well done :crazy:
