Can someone put me in the right direction urgently please. Is work time learning compulsory is it built in to duties, how long are we allowed, is there anything in way forward to back this up

There's information about WTL here. Our office hasn't had a WTL session for a very long time so I assume it's not compulsory, but I'm only making an assumption.

Wtl is built into your duty hours, and as RM are paying for that time, it is reasonable to expect that they would want you to attend..

What amazes me is the paradox in RM WTL, they say it's important for us to listen and pay attention to what is being said. Yet every week around 20% of employees do not hear these 'important' announcements as it's their rota day off,on holiday or sick.
