Won my appeal happy days but who gives me my back dated pay

Ok I won my appeal which took about 2/3 months now I'm back at work for 2 weeks hopefully should get my normal pay sorted now which also has been a nightmare now how do I get my back dated pay asap i need it for the debts I have incurred with no work I phoned royalmail they say it's dwn to your office I asked my manager he said he got the DSM to approve it which his done but my manager cannot see if it's been back dated as it's just an over view email and doesn't state it which is out of his pay grade to know about is this rite if so who can I contact to make it quicker pay faster any numbers to

Shouldn't the Union be helping you with this ?

Otherwise you may have to make claim through the courts forcing RM to pay up and cover your costs.

From a case I was involved in the appeal manager was the one who informed the mail centre manager from what dates the back pay was to be paid from and it was done without any problems.

Ok I have now left Royalmail and since and got a new job but the day I was dismissed they took my Royalmail bundle car off me and tried to charge me but as u know 3 months later I won in August 2017 so the car thing wasn’t my fault so fast forward to today my new job and all of a sudden I see a bill for the car what was took from me at dismissal stage June 2017 how can this be when I won it’s not my fault the car was took and sold and I got reinstated so why should the debt fall on me also when I went back to work no bundle was coming out of my wages either Any help
