Can anyone confirm if the below is correct

You can have -

4 periods or 14 days in a six month period and it stays live on your record for 12 months

The absences are across a 12 month period and if you trigger a stage it lasts for 6 months.

Pretty sure it's 14 days or 4 absences can trigger a stage 1 warning.

So stay under that and no stage is triggered.

If a stage is triggered, and no further sick absence occurs in six months, you go back to being squeaky clean.

but does the six months start from when you return to work or from when the stage is awarded to you
