Oxford and " flexibility"

A friend of mine told me today that "flexibility" would be tried and tested in Oxford city centre delivery office with in next two weeks and night staff to be cut down to just 3 ( as the mail come to this offcie during the night from mail centre so skelton night staff will " get ready the things " before the delivery staff clock in at 6 am ) .
