our new part timers , mostly female are being used as donkeys covering every role going, they are liking the wages but won't last long when the health issues arrive .

How about a live T.V. debate as they had in the election, with Terry & the chief negotiator of Royal Mail, Whoever that might be. At least the public would have the opportunity to see both sides of the argument. I'm sure Terry would be "Up for it" - Of course it would only work if both sides turned up.
