Does anyone know if both parties have decided not to use ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service)?
Whilst I'm prepared to strike, I'd like RM and the CWU to attempt mediation and at least keep the dialogue going.

acas should of been involved from day one, those in talks r funded by both RM and are CWU Subs, I don't get why no resolve?
