I agree the public should be kept informed of how hq is making the post arrive later and how the next day 1st class arrivals are very rare now.
I mean we empty a pillar box at 10 so 1st class items posted after that won't even be picked up til the next day never mind delivered.
Unless they find a post office who are now really against royal mail and just want to be a bank.
They should be shouting out and advertising on pillar boxes and selling stamps in 1's or 2's everywhere so people will use royal mail.
All they do in rm hq is waste money on useless print jobs and too many managers and don't spend on their real customer facing workforce. Rant over for now. Vote yes .
