Considering the Managers was 51-49 with only 28% being bothered to vote, then this will be a huge shock to Royal Mail.
It represents a large part of our workforce.
I am very pleased with this and remember, the higher the yes vote the better chance of a negotiated outcome.

This was a consultation ballot only to show the strength of support for the CWU position.
The timetable for the ballot for industrial action might be with us tomorrow.

The most important thing is a high yes vote.
They'll always be people who for some reason don't vote.
Because of the rules, it's better the people who are voting no. vote.

Can't fathom why any sub paying union member votes no. So you pay subs but don't support the union who's fighting to get a better deal?
