I had a tracked packet this morning but half of the address was missing. The tracking number was still there. I showed the manager. The manager said come see me later.
So I saw the manager later with the tracked packet.
He went on the Royal Mail computer. He Went to this Royal Mail site and typed in the tracking number. All the log details come up and the full address come up too
I tryed all the Royal Mail tracking sites but Only found the normal ones But can't find it lol.
Anyone have the link to this Royal Mail tracking site or is it specially for Royal Mail managers lol

I've managed to read the address details from a 2D barcode a few times. If you select "adhoc collection" on the PDA and then scan the 2D the screen sometimes shows the details, it will say it isn't a valid collection so it only display briefly.

sometimes a QR code reader on smart phones will also scan them, but the address is hidden though readable.

It's on the internal tracking system. Many large companies submit full sender/receiver information with their "paper"work they give RM for billing.this information is downloadable as a pdf when using a computer connected to the royal mail intranet.
Smaller companies typically don't provide this , just enough information for royal mail to bill them accurately: qty, size and weight.

They stick the parcels together and half the tracking number is underneath
