Stage 3 triggered with one absence of 3 days
My manager has informed me I have triggered a stage 3 with 1 absense of 3 days, I thought the policy was 2 absences or 1 absence of 10 days or more, has there been a recent update I missed

You are correct as far as I am aware. Alert the Area Rep who should be handling all stage 3 attendance cases anyway.
