Regarding flex. Am I right in thinking the correct way of approaching this is to inform the dim
that you will take your walk and then return to office, if you have time you will then go back out and take your flex. Only our dim is sometimes flexing up to 4 jobs and insisting people take it out with them. Sometimes they will even bundle it up and put it on the fitting ready for you to take

if you mean lapsing you take it with you, if you think you might extend use the hand back procedure, if you mean a absorbed duty ie somebody has gone sick or the dom thinks people will finish early then just leave it. let the runners do it
