If management really think that we will accept the biggest attack ever on our terms and conditions and the THEFT, yes THEFT of our income in retirement, then they are gonna get a massive shock. The time for battle is here! The time to back YOUR Union is here!
Get the ballot papers out and show these greedy, incompetent, heartless bastards that we won't be beaten down anymore!

Great video. Out of curiosity, if the pipeline went back 2 hours, has RM a plan for the knock on effect for collections/callers office etc. that is currently being done on O/T by delivery staff? RMs proposals might look good on paper, but they'd fail miserably in reality.

Royal Mail's latest position on the pipeline is that they want a 17:00 last letter but no delivery to go out until Mid-day and this would result in the Mail centre's dispatch times moving backwards as well.

I'm working till 15.30 now, so it's not the biggest priority for me, but I can understand others having different personal arrangements.

that would be great for us , we start at 6.30 now and finish at 16.00 clueless comes to mind , so at least a full delivery wont go out or will go backdingo wrote:Royal Mail's latest position on the pipeline is that they want a 17:00 last letter but no delivery to go out until Mid-day and this would result in the Mail centre's dispatch times moving backwards as well.

The whole point in having a 17:00 last letter and Deliveries not going out until mid day is that Royal Mail can wait until 95% of the work is available to sequence which will arrive into your office much later than now hence they want All start times 2 hours later.
