I recently took IHR from Royal Mail after 20 years service to look after my terminally ill wife, if in the near future it was possible could I sign on with angard and do a couple of shifts at a mail centre ,am I allowed to do this as I took IHR

Sorry to here of your circumstances . I can't see a problem with you working for RM in the future as you would be employed by an agency and not by RM
