Unison and Cwu

It seems the Managers union Unison are sitting on the fence waiting for our union CWU to negotiate the pension deal when Unison should be putting pressure on Royal Mail to come to a deal they should be side by side supporting the CWU, its for all of the workforce we are all in this together, the pension proposal by Royal Mail is for all Staff .

As far as I know, they are. At the pension talks, there is a Unite Rep, CWU rep, pension rep and a rep from Royal Mail.
