6 or 12 months to clear a stage one

Hi all.
I'm about to go on a stage one, not that I'm bothered as my conscience is clear but was wondering if it's 6 or 12 months of no sick before it is cleared.
For some reason I'm thinking it was reduced from 12 to 6 but not sure why I think that.
Also is it still 4 absences or 14 days that put you on the stage to start with?

To clear the warning stage its 6 months.

For the sick days themselves its 12 months rolling even if a stage has been issued and cleared.

It's unfair but nobody has tested it yet in a tribunal so at the moment - yes.

Probably because you needed to pay for a tribunal before hand but since the UK GOVERNMENT has acted illegally it may now be challenged by any of us!

Once a stage one is in place does the count down to clear it start from the last day of sickness or the day the attendance meeting is held with manager?
