Hiya lads your work time listening this week will be your doms and managers asking you all not to strike and telling you all there will be jobs at risk if we do alot of the new commers and ags will be scared of this. Rally together and remember what royal mails intentions are. They are trying to brain wash up if the doms and managers have been advised to do this on your work time listening and learning this tells me there ready to try and s**t on the union and remember the union is us! Stay strong and dont believe a fukin word!

Even a message came up today on the PDA's mentioning the talk of strike action in the WTL tomorrow. Should be interesting

Seen the film. It's very well produced and quite slick it spends most of the time saying what a great place to work is Royal Mail. It shows how the millions of pounds has been invested in new technology. Competition is also addressed and the fact we are earning less from letters.

It fails to mention that it will be taking pay out of our pockets only that some people will be compensated for losing heritage payments.

We have apparently told them that we want more control over our work load, this must be the bit where we cover for colleagues when they are on AL or sick! It also means less lapsing as it becomes part of your regular duty.

It only really mentions strike action at the very end on a message board.

Apparently this is the response to all the well attended gate meetings which have been happening around the country.

Overall it's a promotional video it probably will not make much of an impact on swaying people one way or another.

I didn't even notice the PDA message- too busy delivering! But did see a Courier newsflash leaflet in the office talking about not picking a fight! I bet the RM TV tomorrow will repeat word for word what was printed on this sheet! Its although just repeat the same arguments word for word will brainwash you in to thinking its true! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!

courier have put out a newsflash today.....its their usual propaganda due to the fact they've got til next Monday to come up with something or the union will start the countdown to industrial action....it says ''you are the best in the business. Royal Mail is the best in the business. Our customers count on us. there is no fight to pick, lets not do anything that hurts our business or the great jobs we provide. we have the best terms and conditions in our industry. Lets all work together to keep it that way. Please watch for this weeks RMtv and our news flash....ends. I have to say they have got some brassneck on them coming out with that f***ing shite.

Dosn't help matters the moya helps herself to 23% and a fat bonus, and now is not giving 100% focus on RM, as she is in easy jets pocket now.
