right guys I have now accepted my ihr settlement, thank you all for your advice.

last questions,

is my settlement tax free ?
will it free up my shares to sell now ?

as usual my lm has no clue!

Unlike redundancy I believe it will be taxed.

No it's not taxed and yes you will get the shares to do what you want with them
