Are we getting balloted re pensions? Are we getting a pay rise? Are we learning anything about new t&c?

last one is a definite YES.
Union should have started pay talks last year and insisted on inflation rise then everything else up for discussion/negotiation/trials - as per usual the union has it's own agenda and we are all left wondering !

Rm have made an offer but its all tied up with us giving up legacy payments and making year on year savings. Any takers? Anyhow the pension negotiations should take centre stage at the moment.
