Having just transferred to a new delivery office, I was recently on the sick for 3 days.
The manager has advised me I don't get paid whilst being on the sick.
I've been with the Royal Mail 4 years now.
Is this correct?

You get full contract sick pay for 6 months.

Does the manager who told you this know that you transferred from another office?
Maybe he thinks you are a new starter?
