Need some advice on this one can any Union Rep pm me please pretty urgent its a time' thing.. Just need to know where i stand regarding this issue thanks..

I take My DOM out of the equasion whenever I can. And dont forget to tell them that your DOM is refusing your request.

had a operation on my shoulder a couple of years ago there is no record of it on my file according to him so he is telling me to prove it..On a trolley duty at present he looking to take me off it and back to carrying bags The surgeon told me no more carrying bags because if damage my shoulder again i will be left with it..Lounge Lizard wrote:P739,

Not sure why you have deliveries that require you to carry a bag. The max weight is now 11kg maximum, but it goes down with terrain. But if you can do your delivery using a tolley, why does he want to change? I'd have thought if you know the date you had op, then just get HR to check to your sick leave.
