Our union Branch Plymouth and East Cornwall have put out a video updating our members on where we are with pay. And I tohught it might be of some interest to people on RMC.

What royal mail don't get is it is the workers who have delivered this £700 million not management or the board of royal mail. I think they need a reminder of that fact and I am sure we can deliver that with a vote for strike action by mid September.

These videos are very informative, why don't the union head office in London make them. Why is it left to a fellow from cornwall sitting in his kitchen to keep us informed?

yes i thought the same thing myself,i dont have much faith in the chumps that are going round the country pushing the 4 pillers but this guy seems very good.

Yeah Ralph's a top chap, very impassioned speaker, but keeps it on the level, so he's not militant about it, just trying to get members a good and fair deal.
