as it says mgmt putting members forward to get councelled and conduct coded for
missorts misdelivery customer complaint , barcoding mistakes anything really
reason weve all had enough training from wpc
can they do this as basically they could drum up imaginative complaint to get rid off people

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Have heard about one postie that got done for bringing back mis-sorts to the office, even though, he wasn't the driver of the van and the mis-sorts were done by his partner!! I think that management were determined to throw the book at him for whatever reason.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

One manager tried to pull us up about bringing back a mis-sorted small packet that was in bundle. Told him there could be redirection in place. He wasn't having none of it, said if I did the re-directions like I was supposed to then that wouldn't be possible. Guy really was an idiot.

It's amazing how many TV licence reminders for flat 3/1 or 3/2, get mis-sorted on a daily basis as well.

The three C,s rears its ugly head once more they are no longer applicable in R/M and should not be used by DIMS and they know it.

Unfortunately DIMS are to dim witted to realise it.
