Hope this is the best board to post this on. Got a couple of quick questions

How often do you guys not get to deliver something because the home owner is out? Feel like this is me all the time

Also, when you can't deliver, how long does it take to log everything into the system in the van and depot?

1. Depends on the day sometimes everything, sometimes only 50%

2. Log onto the system? In the Van? If it needs scanning I do it when delivered or when attempted with the PDA. No logging in the Van and the Callers Office log the packets in for themselves.
