Are we all ready for the fight of a life time against this Tory run privatised company that basically wants to f**k you over and take everything away or are you just going bend over and take it up the ass?

What RM want to do to its workforce is an absolute disgrace and they won't be happy until the USO has gone, till all indoor working is eliminated, all overtime is absorbed and your pension is made worthless.

If you are starting before your time, running around, not taking breaks then you are a fool and the time you are saving RM are coming for it. Stop and think do or die!

The point of highlighting the now 17%, is that RM will utilise their vote to their own selfish / propaganda reasons.
You see these arse holes in the courier spouting of how good an employer RM is. They - RM, fabricate with leading questions in the have your say survey to make all in the garden appear rosy, convinced they are a fair and honest employer.
My arse, they are bas...ds. Pure and simple. We need to fight or die as cowards.
It's the simple divide and conquer used by all employers, capitalists and tyrants around the world, especially in this country.
Example, the MINERS. I know that many staff are suffering hardship for many reasons, especially our p/t colleagues who are relentlessly bullied by RM. working ft yet still not prepared to make then FT on the current benefits enjoyed by the rest.
It's a disgrace, with the support of the ones who do not wish to strike, in the SHORT term loss of money the resultant action would be short lived. RM with use and abuse non strikers, they are treating everybody like s**t. We need a100% action and the message would be hammered home. I do/ would not see a long protracted strike if we are united, split the posties !!

So having part-time hours and no overtime, or no money at all, which is worse?
Impossible to enforce how?- in exactly the same way as it's impossible to stop someone crossing a picket line.

An overtime ban will have the managers out doing deliveries and as they are already doing that, I don't really think that will bring Royal Mail down to its knees. Direct action like staff going on strike, however, will have far reaching consequences. Much like the last time as I recall….

The outcome of this dispute will determine how most of us spend the rest of our working lives and what our income will be in retirement. So, if that isn't worth fighting for and, more importantly, fighting right to the bitter end for; then f**k knows what is!!!!

The thing about this strike is that Royal Mail have maneuvered it so that it makes complete financial sense to strike. If you can claw back even a hundred pounds a year on your pension, that's worth going out for at least ten or fifteen days.
