Stage 3 due to time off for mental illness

I'm just wondering where I stand I have been put on a stage three due to time off for mental illness and wondering what the next steps are and will I get dismissed

Also got nothing in writing for stage one and also when was off was down by oh as disabled under equality act which got ignored when issued stage 2

In that case, make sure the Area Rep is aware - they should handle all stage 3 anyway. From what you have said chances look good that you'll survive the stage 3 and may even have the stages rolled back.

But get your Area Rep involved as soon as possible.

Don't forget the Equality Act and "reasonable adjustments ".

Thanks guys also I was supposed to be on a phased return to work due to the nature of illness which was recommended by oh which also didn't happen was put straight on full hours

sounds like Royal Mail have made procedural errors and this will mean that the stage 3 wont be issued. If it is you have a right of appeal and your divisional rep should be dealing with that.
If you have OH Assist reports stating that you are covered under the Equality act 2010 (DDA) then this should not have been ignored by the line managers dealing with your review. They should take advice from HR and Oh Assist before
making a decision to issue and with regard to disability. They have to give a rationale for issuing in each warning and if they didn't this was incorrect procedure as well. If you had exceeded what would be regarded as acceptable time off for a disability condition , you should have received a line in the sand letter and I bet you didn't. Its all relevant mitigation for a good rep. If you are dismissed you must submit your appeal in good time and with a reason.
However I don't believe that this will happen in your case
