At what point can a Dom stop your wages when off on the sick..?

I suppose if you fail to keep in contact , or you reach 12 months off, though that's unlikely,as they will probably try to IHR you before that point,dependent on the cause.

When you have been advised of the stoppage in writing.

When you fail to meet requirements of attendance agreement e.g. Not maintaining contact, not cooperating, not providing sick lines etc
