whats going on in west of scotland
Paisley have obtained ballot for rule13 re mgmt bullying /harrasment workloads lapsing
senior scotland mgmt tried to talk them out of it on wed
Kilmarnock members voted to seek rule 13 ballot last week as well due to mgmt bullying harassment lapsing on o-time,workloads
same issues that were supposed to have been resolved after unofficial action few weeks ago
back at square one

Happens in my office too. And most others by the looks of it. Very sad indeed.

It's the way Royal mail are going. Your finishing time is when the workload is delivered, worked out by some mythical formula using the perfect walk on the perfect day.
