Without knowing anything about it, i would guess that their savings -if any- are totalled over four quarters and they then get a percentage of the savings, factored with quality of service regarding complaints, special deliveries, tracked.

Would also be interested to know.

There are a variety of performance related issues taken into account,regarding your unit's performance,I can't remember what they are, but they will be the usual,specials,tracked ,accidents and complaints etc, as well as office savings. However the bonus is nowhere near as much as people seem to think, it is usually in the high hundreds , occasionally the low 1,000's. Talk of multiple thousands is ridiculous.

They can earn up to 12% of their salary. So they can earn thousands of pounds in bonuses and usually do as it is also linked to the bonus paid to the directors. The two go hand in hand and are based on the corporate scorecard.

Something tells me that they might have to work a bit harder for their next bonus

What does "up to 10%" amount to? About £50 a week after tax etc? Doesn't seem worth the hassle
