What planet are these bullying managers on, if they ban overtime then certain deliveries will not get done when there is too much mail/packets end of, yet they think it's okay to bully people into working for free so they can get their bonus. Some might think it's just like stealing their wages, and you just as well go round taking money out of the posties wallets to line your own pocket.
Personally my opinion is whoever suspended the posties should be sacked for misconduct/bullying.

If the postmen were suspended for not completing their round will the managers drafted in get suspended as well if they can't finish in the allotted time?

We just work our time and if we have time for lapsing we do but mostly don't have time .
If they don't get paid for O/T it doesn't get done
None of our rounds have been tested since we had our 1st revision 5 years ago pre van share, PDA and box collections and rounds were judged on 10 parcels per walk.
