Doncaster and District Amal CWU is raising money for one of its members, Ian Dawson, who had a horrific life changing accident whilst on his way home from work, which has resulted in him having to have one leg amputated. Although Ian had been covering a full time duty for over a year he is on a 25 hour contract. This has resulted in him receiving sick pay of 25 hours per week.
Please give generously to our fundraising for Ian. As you can imagine the reduction of income at this time is the last thing Ian and his family need to be worrying about. If we all give a couple of quid it will make a huge difference.
Plus he’s a really nice bloke.

Not putting down the efforts of Doncaster but have they approached the Rowland Hill fund on his behalf? Would this come within the
remit of the fund to assist?
