Total neglect of the caller's office (locker)

Just wondering how many caller's offices up and down the country are so neglected each and every day til the point u can't serve the customer the next day due to packets still piled up in York's and not processed, providing u have SPS and the other daily tasks just spilling into the next day due to being left to it staff wise and just 1 person being in there all the time?

Pretty much sums it up in a nutshell, so why has nothing been implemented then to combat the complete change in how u work with SPS compared to pre SPS, I know the answer and I'm sure it's the same for most, the manager or managers are completely uninterested in what you are doing and have done nothing to accommodate this working properly. Thus left to have your legs cut from under you when they treat it the same way they always have.

we had extra hours bought into ours when we went over to the new booking in system.

It takes between 6 and 12 hours work to book the packets back into our office, we have to have night staff in the locker to do it. At Christmas it needs two people in there full time.

The system is OK, but the man hours required is absolutely ridiculous, it's efficiency at its worst.
