Assuming you've been with Royal Mail at least a year, your sick pay is your basic wage.

Assuming you've been with Royal Mail at least a year, your sick pay is your basic wage.
For the first 6 months in any rolling 4 year cycle. It then goes down to 1/2 pay for another 6 months and then nothing after that. All period of sickness are included in the calculation so you need to factor that in as well.
