Can't get holidays. 2 days off 2 months down the line because there are too many off apparently. No wonder people go on the sick

Not surprised, offices are run to the wire already. You get a couple people off in a few offices, the sector starts failing.

Every time I come back after my day off the work from the previous day has been left in the frame. Which makes me think why does it matter when I take my day off if they are not going to cover it? Surely I should be able to take a day off whenever I like as it will still be there anyway?

I'm owed lieu days from easter 2016, still can't get them. They'll come a point were the workforce uprise against this constant piss take.

It is ridiculous that we can't get individual days off, even when requesting them months and months in advance... but I suppose one silver lining is we've got a ready made excuse to get out of certain tedious events and occasions that we'd rather not go to anyway!

Is that not a management version of wilful delay?? I bet it ain't ,and no doubt they have an answer!! It's a carpet and brush job me thinks!!

Plenty of people in my office are due days and there's not a cat in hells chance of getting them. The manager says it's because we are short staffed. Yes we are but that's hardly my fault. You ask for a day off in September and they say "ask nearer the time as I can't work out the manpower plan that far in advance". How can you book something when you don't know if you are going to get the time off? The only people that manage to get days due are those that's face fits and the ones that's duty is easy to cover. Unfortunately none of the aforementioned is me

If ANY office is not getting it's proper holiday allocation then it seriously need to be flagged to HQ.
What the f**k are the reps doing in these offices?

And yet, and yet,they still can't grasp why there is a short term sickness problem. None so blind as those that don't want to see.

Same in my office. People owed days, but told the days in the week they want are fully booked. Yet people come in on their holiday to work on those weeks. Been reported. Union Rep knows. Still continues.
