I was going to say, given most offices have a union majority, you can't ignore the views of the non-union workers.

If it was the other way around I'm sure the union would rightly protest.

Having a repick is due to major change within your unit, however having a vote for a repick is a UNION ONLY vote :wave :wave

We had a revision and repick last November most of the rounds are changing a little in the next couple of weeks the line manager has put a list of all office staff on the board asking to tick or cross who would like a repick we have no union rep in our office we get screwed over all the time so just wanted the right answer because it always goes in favour of non members because the office is spineless
