I dont think pay will be top of the agenda, all the other crap and pensions will be taking up most of the time

well that's what meant , but its all gone silent , surely there must be something to tell the members ? if they don't want to talk etc , then don't f**k about STRIKE.

Yeah mate it's getting to be a joke , pay rise was due 7 weeks ago , it seems like the CWU has once again bottled it and are being made a mug of . It's looking like I'll be £4 a week better off soon

As part of the pension changes is that the final salary part of Section C will stay linked to the pay of 2017/18 it would not be in RM interest to increase the pay this year. That's why I expect a one off payment at some point- if we are lucky. Of course Moya got a 23% increase to her annual bonus taking it to 1.9 million. Worth every penny!

as dingo mentioned RMs offer remains on the table to which the CWU have said is unacceptable, ...they still remain ''miles apart''. a one off payment is also unacceptable. it is looking inevitable we will be out come autumn.

thanks for that , but the cwu should be informing the members as they will want there support in the end .

Im sure the union gave royal mail a deadline of august to resolve pensions etc so expect nothing to happen until then.
