I have recently had a disabled family move onto my delivery. They receive a lot of signed for items and apparently had an agreement at the old address for the Postman to deliver items without a signature?
Smells a bit fishy to me but is there an agreement regarding disabled residents??

If they want something like that set up they'll need to contact either customer service or your manager, not something you can do off your own back.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

It depends on the disability.
Doesn't the PDA manual allow for the postie to sign for items where people are unable to sign themselves? (but that means handing it over and not just posting it/them through.)

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Put MAR - Marked as received and get them to make a mark instead of signature.weary_posty wrote:I have recently had a disabled family move onto my delivery. If they cannot sign or mark, then put DWS (delivered without signature).

this is REALLY easy, ask your line manager what to do.
