Still no employee results

Last year the results were published on the 22nd June.So guessing it will be around that time-ish this year.

The company are trying to spin the results to put a positive glow on them. Infact they're spinning so hard they're now powering the national grid.

Don't worry all, Royal Mail treat us a bit better than Yodel and Hermes so the results will reflect that

They are utterly meaningless. No-one should fill them in, our viewss are represented through the union. In all companies these 'surveys, forums' etc are tools to by pass the union and accuse them of not represnting the workers.

You are correct RB. Just refuse all communications if you feel that way inclined (you can even Kill your own mail off). If you refuse the Courier for a bit (sometimes years) the HR Team will get in touch and "Eventually" ask you if you'd rather not receive it.

As for all the other Bumf, I believe it's part of RMs "Investors in People" commitment. i.e "We regularly communicate with our staff and receive feedback".

RM need the Investor in People Award in order to do business with many of the Top Companies. These other companies are restricted from dealing with other companies if they don't have that award. It shows what a loving and wonderful bunch of people they're dealing with.
