Testing of rounds

Anyone had their round tested and done properly??? Or is that gone now. As it may just take a tad longer applying all the safety ,security,and delivery methods to the letter

It's a bit of a myth to be honest, the managers will never test a walk because they know full well that they are far too long!! I find it's just used as a last line of defence when cutting off and conduct is mentioned. Usually keeps them at bay.

We had 1 tested properly by the rep and workplace coach,it was a park and loop van share job and it came out well over 6hrs,the result is being ignored.

No need to test the walks PDAs give them any info they need on how and what way you do your job.
