Last week they announced 4 new EL1 higher management vacancies to be created soon (there is already an army of EL and senior salary band managers running around harassing workers) but their computers still use Windows XP which is not supported by Microsoft. All the computers are interlinked and linked to the RM intranet so an internet connection somewhere can open a security vulnerability and everything would stop. 74,000 customer complaints in 2015, imagine the items lost or misdirected if it is attacked by some cyber nutjob!
