O/T ban in the office and want 110 hours taken out of our Delivery Office

Out of 28 staff and 32 rounds Management want 110 hours taken out of our office and not paying any O/T .
Not a chance in hell , only have 2 people on IPS as it is

thats 3 full time roles

pehaps there plannign a revision soon to absurb all the vacant duties put another 3 to lapse.

RM management strategy is to try pushing the staff as far as they possibly can, in the hope that they will pick up the pieces by coming in early/rushing/not taking breaks etc.

They probably have watched idiots coming back a hour and a half before their finish time and caluculated it up where they see 110 juicy hours to take out. The office has brought it on themselves mate.

Don't even have to watch now, the PDA tells them all they need to know but still some people think they'll be left to carry on finishing early

You're quite right there A2B. We've got idiots that think if they don't sign back in (because they're finishing early) no one will notice!

However the guy in the cage has to sign back in the van keys.... so that time's recorded...... and as you say, it's recorded on the PDA and the Trimble.

Personally I'd have no problems with a clocking in system. I understand it was stopped by the Union, what was the argument against them? Surely it would stop the runners pretty sharpish?
