at the moment we do our annual leave top to bottom on seniority. however there is a plan to do this in sections. the rep and D
om have said this can be done via a local agreement with our office. apparently the way forward allows this. correct or not.
is using seniority still allowed.

No seniority is no longer allowed as the sole decider on when people pick their leave. In fact it went out with the Way Forward Agreement before I started at RM in 2004.
However, seniority can be used to pick the section people go into for leave selection, as long as it rotates.
