Just got my reward for completing this. A Royal Mail logo tie pin! All I need now is a tie! Seriously, is this really all that you get? Puzzled......

Yes. lad at ours got that and something about he could choose his favorite manager to present it to him

im afraid so. They may as well not bother anymore as it's more of an insult than a reward. 30 years you only get a 100 quid voucher, but by the time you get to your 30th you probably will end up with just the tie to go with it!

Yes doff your cap peasant and thank our lord we all have job's next we will be cleaning their boots that do no walking with our tongues enough is enough time will tell but lots of these people will face the wall and for them it will be the last work they will ever see!

Yes shocking!sad reflection,for my 30 years service 5 years ago,got a tie pin,paper weight,tie,a£300 BBQ,and a sit down eat,drink all you can at a day out at the races at lingfield park,entrance and a free bet,with 500 others,brilliant day out,now not much so I hear,pittyfull! to say the least.no doubt no money to reward the real workers at the coal face.

Best reward for 20 yrs service is not having to pay out to get 6 weeks holiday. By time I get to 20 they'll probably have everyone on 4 weeks and think themselves generous for 'giving' us that lol

My pen lasted for all of 2 weeks before it just fell apart,can't be used at all now.

You don't get that for 20 years anymore. it was stopped 2-3 years ago.
