"We are dissapointed that the CWU have resorted to unofficial industrial action, we urge them to return to work and resolves through the industrial relations framework agreed with the union"
In another word they are hoping to kick this further down the road and hope the enthusiasm for industrial action peters out while they bury it under a strung out appeals process.
Don't fall for it and stick it out.
